Leméac Q2-2026 Backlog #13/15! 😉 A region I want to try more. Had two wines from this very good producer! Treixadura-dominant, with Godello, Albariño and other Galician grapes. Spontaneous fermentation and ageing in oak, then raised on fine lees in a mix of barrels, foudres and concrete. White peach, pear, orange blossom, wild flowers, and wet stone on the nose. The palate adds quince and nutty notes. Medium-bodied and round with fresh but soft acidity. The finish is long and mineral. Interesting. More floral.

Lalume is an excellent wine that proves more is sometimes better. Oaked, skin maceration & lees stirring. And it just works here. Every element here adds to its complexity and elegans. Here we have a wine with pear, mango, papaya, melon, citrus as primary. Secondly vanilla, oak, butter, herbs, cream. And then bread, yeast and brioche tiertiary. M+ body, M- tannins, M+ acidity, Long full finish ending with sea salt minerals! Excellent wine!
