I was invited for dinner tonight and was told it was Hungarian chicken paprikash, so naturally I had to pick up a lovely Hungarian Furmint en route! Really good stuff that I think I’d actually try to age for a few years if I get it again. Notes of lemon curd, apple, pear, peach, cinnamon, cream, lanolin, beeswax, honey, hay and honeysuckle.
