Alba time, poured by @[1|3334973|Brυnο]! Had this one before from 2.5y ago by @gino, loved it back then, so happy I can try it again with some more age! Opening with a nice mixture of tropical fruit with a little candy effect mixed with a bunch of salty, flinty minerals, tiny gasoline whiff, lemons, herbs with fennel and a slice of green apple. The palate is slightly filming yet fresh & lemony with nice Granny accents slicing through surrounded by a bunch of salty minerals while ending lingering with salted ⤵️⤵️⤵️

𝐋a Trucha, being 𝐋-week and all 100% single varietal albariño On the nose pineapple, citrus, honey, florals and peach. Aromatic. On the palate pineapple, minerals, pear and lime. Refreshing with a nice acidity Weak spot for Rías Baixas and their albariño for summer days. Had it together with some fish and seafood soup which worked as a charm. 4,1⭐️
