Gee I wonder what these 2020s will be like in another decade. There’s enough fruit concentration and structure (and booziness!) to carry them for a decade or two. For now, it’s kind of a fruit bomb in the mouth - fecund and stewy notes on the nose give some forewarning - with tons of acidity and a bit of tooth-staining tannin.

93/100. Another excellent bottle of this AC beauty. Follin usually does no wrong. The 2018s are big wines built for time, but some have the tannins a little more neatly woven and therefore present more accessible. It's a little fat and round but has a creaminess intermixed with wild strawberry, blackberry, earthy forest floor notes, and a hint of licquer coming through. Well balanced and food friendly. Gorgeous. Drink now - 2035.

@[1|34884204|Jon Post] bottle and tasted blind. I was thinking of Cote de Beaune. Not massive or black fruit to be pommard , not soft and elegant like a volnay. Decided to go to camp AC somehow it reminded me of HK wine group one of the bottles. I recalled this winery is lovely for their corton whites. Cherry , raspberries, wet forest floor, some mushroom, herbs, and savory minerality. lovely one with a massive structure just not as big as a pommard. Some plum and red currant stew fruits aromas

Excellent! 😋 Sweetish, exciting nose has smoky strawberry jam 😀 Palate is rich with blackberry, cherry, earthy, cranberry, blueberry. Air widens and softens the palate, getting cedar, chocolate. Linger is long with velvety tannins.
