Exploring Middle Loire. This is a fantastic chenin. Saumar blanc 12.5%. Linear taut yet has creamy ways too ( lots of less time) Gochujang sauce topped salmon with coconut rice. Perfect pairing. Flinty , mineral. Tons of citrus charm with a lime shine. Moments of peach enrich the palate. So refreshing. Has such a mineral buzz as it finishes. My adventures will continue. Great producer.
