Only 2,928 bottles produced. Love Ente's reductive style which puts acidities and minerality under the spotlight. Probably the best Bourgogne Blanc on the market year-in-year-out, though also one of the most expensive. Medium golden color with slight greenish hue. Gorgeous and elegant aromas of lemon, lime, pomelo and minerality. Palate is full of citrus, star fruits, wet stones, very minerally, lively acidities, perfectly balanced, powerful yet elegant and stylish, long finish.
