The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from 19-year-old vineyards situated at an altitude of 200 meters. The local microclimate promotes the development of noble rot (*Botrytis cinerea*), which is essential for concentrating sugars and flavors.

Six baskets (*puttonyos*) of botrytized grapes are added to the base must. After maceration, the wine ferments in Hungarian oak barrels and ages for two to three years in wood, followed by further maturation in the bottle.
