Pale yellow in the glass On the nose, complex, it unfurls a bouquet reminiscent of citrus, stone fruit, and some herbal notes. Upon tasting it is a combination of enveloping creaminess that is leveled by its juiciness and zesty acidity allowing some mineral undertones to shine through the finish.
