Dinner with friends. Tr3smano also produces white wines, and this one is a real gem. Albillo Mayor is clearly on the rise, with many RdD producers now releasing it as a single-variety white wine. Traditionally, it was planted among Tempranillo vines and harvested and fermented together with the reds to add freshness. This modern expression is impressive: white peach, citrus fruits, fennel, a touch of butter, and subtle smokiness on the nose. The palate is slightly creamy, yet driven by marvelous lime tension, ⤵️⤵️⤵
