Shining Yellow colour. The bouquet is intense and lasting revealing the wood aging that slowly disappears as time goes by, with dried ginger, apricot, lemon and white pepper. Then flint, ripe apple and pear. The palate reveals the 14% alcohol, Intense and full bodied with a good mineral and acidity well integrated with again the flint and gypsum, ginger, pear and lemon hints. As it warms up to 12-14°C, the core of ripe fruit and the solid mineral backbone fully integrate with the 14% ABV, finding its balance

First impression looks a little bit dull and flat. But than your nose gets some excitement and after the first sip you get convinced. This is something really nice from Galicia. Palomino and Godello, a match made in heaven. Nice fresh with the perfect acidity. Citrus and something sweet in the back. Nice mouthwatering finish.
