2023 opened in June 2026 Rich brioche and almonds with just the right amount of honey and a touch of minerals. I much prefer it at room temperature while my girlfriend liked it with an ice cube. After breathing for an hour in the bottle, it became easier to sense a touch of mango. Paired perfectly with grilled salmon and roasted potatoes and a-sparagus.

Sipping Fine Wine

All of the grapes from the vineyards owned by the Latour family are vinified and aged in the cuverie of Château Corton Grancey in Aloxe-Corton. The winery was the first purpose-built cuverie in France and remains the oldest still-functioning. Medium pale lemon color with aromas of stone fruits with a slight nutty floral character. On the palate flavors of peach and melon with lemon citrus and savory notes. Medium+ finish, lively acidity, ending with fruit, toasty oak and minerality. Nice!

A very light lemon color - showing a traditional entry level white burgundy nose of honey, pineapple, mango with a slight minerality. The palate is smooth and creamy but does offer a nice acidity opening the way for a mineral flavor profile of river stone, stone fruit, graphite, oyster shell and marine soil. A nice long saline finish. Good entry level wine. Cheers!

Nice Chardonnay from the South of Burgundy, un-oaked, with 13.5% ABV. Light lemon hue. Opens with lemon, yellow apple, honey, pear, pineapple, minerals.
