White blossom, salt, peach, apricot, apple, lemon, creamy oaky texture, at least medium (towards medium(+)) body with alcohol at 13%, yet perfectly balanced with acid and fantastic intensity. On the palete honey appears, tastes almost sweet despite being dry. This isn’t your simple sun-terrace light body simple wine, it’s the most complex and interesting Albarino I’ve ever tried!
