После ручного сбора каждый сорт винограда винифицируют отдельно в дубовых чанах и бетонных резервуарах. После завершения яблочно-молочного брожения финальный ассамбляж выдерживают в течение года в больших дубовых фудрах для достижения гармоничного баланса.

The paradigm for CdP…and it delivers. Luscious, smooth and delicious. Must drink. Decanted it for an hour odd. Palate improved over this time. Colour is deep ruby. Nose was unremarkable. However some red fruit comes thru. Palate is cherry, strawberry…again the red fruit flavour. Earthiness, spice and good deep fruit. Body is medium plus. Acidity is medium. Tannins are medium…smoothed out. Dry wine. Alcohol is on the higher side possibly 14.5%, but didn’t check. Must drink producer. Go get it.

Overall, beautifully made CdP, perfectly balanced with pronounced intensity of aromas & flavours. Arguably still youthful, but totally approachable, with wonderful layers of complexity & delivers a long & evolving finish. Plenty of concentration & will develop beautifully, with a little patience. These guys consistently make lovely wines 😍🍷 Delightful bright, dark, sweet spices & earthy aromas - red & black cherry, plum, blackberries, raspberries & stewed berries, with spiced plum & kirsch cherries ⤵️

Drank over 2,5 hours and decanted part of the bottle. After 2 hours the bottle is singing. Smooth. Tertiary notes. Leather. Smoke. Alcohol amazingly well integrated. Tannins are there but not too strong at all. Bought at Frankfurt airport. 1200nok @VMP. First time CdP of this producer.

A dark red color precedes a nose with notes of crushed stone, dark toast, and a hint of dark fruit and the taste matches the nose. This blend is beautifully balanced and the finish suggests excellent structure. More full than shallow, the expectation is that it will cellar very well.

4/4 contribute by @DM. On the first sip I went to cdp 2017/2018. Abv 14/14.5 Probably mostly grenache 😂. Ok I was close 😂😆 ok I guess I am safer for french wine theme. Garrigue, undergrowth, forest floor ， cherryThis winery is one of the two winery that used all 13 grapes variety for their blend. A very complex wine that is still waiting for it's time to reach its apogee. Elegant and perfumed nose. Earthy aromas, forest floor ,rustic barnyard, summer, some bacon berries and dried herbs.

Exceptional 2017 vintage Deep garnet color. Aromas of dark cherry, plum and earthy notes. Perfect balance with medium to full body and well structured tannins. Delicious complex flavors with black currant, vanilla and hints of truffles.

Spanish grape themed blind, wine 1/3. I was asked 3 questions; 1. Guess the grape (same grape across 3 bottles). 2. Identify the non Spanish bottle and guess where it’s from. 3. Which is the older wine. Didn’t get the grape right though. Wine 2 and 3 were so tannic I was quite sure it was a Tempranillo. Once grapes were revealed, it was easy to see that this was a cdp. Red and dark fruit, milk tea, cedar, chocolate, ripe tannins… drinking well (even at a young age).

Loads of cool black fruit on the nose with a classically Beaucastel background of garrigue and earth. Palate is juicy, primary and alive with cherry, cassis and a gorgeous salted liquorice element. Another young chateauneuf win!
