The vineyard
The vineyards are organically farmed in the northern part of the appellation, influenced by the Mistral wind. Old vines grow on soils covered with pebbles over clay and limestone subsoils, providing excellent concentration to the grapes.
Winemaking
Following a manual harvest, each grape variety is vinified separately in oak and concrete vats. After malolactic fermentation, the final blend ages for one year in large oak foudres to achieve harmonious integration.
