Golden yellow colored. It comes with a relatively modest but classy bouquet revealing aromas of tree fruit, citrus & wet stone, with some floral and oaky notes. However, the complex palate makes the difference and is more outspoken with tangy flavors of lemon, grapefruit & orange peel, combined with sweeter & creamy notes of honey & butter and followed by persitent minerals in a dry lingering finish. Mix of fresh plots fermented in tanks and plots structured by barrel ageing. Becoming a favorite!
