Castell d’Encus Acusp 2020 ist ein trockener Rotwein aus der Rebsorte Pinot Noir, erzeugt in der D.O. Costers del Segre. Er zeigt feine Aromen von wilden Blaubeeren, frischen Brombeeren und mildem Tabak, begleitet von einer lebendigen Säure und einem eleganten Abgang.

Der Weinberg

Die Trauben stammen aus hochgelegenen Weinbergen auf 1.000 Metern über dem Meeresspiegel in den Pyrenäen. Dieses kühle Bergklima ermöglicht eine langsame Reifung der Trauben, wodurch ihre natürliche Frische und ihr rebsortentypischer Charakter bewahrt werden.

Did you know that 🇪🇸 does some of the best Pinot Noir in the world? Well, at least one 😉 Quite reduced upon opening, it gradually offered peony, camphor and mint, crisp strawberry and raspberry, rose and clove, iron, earth and orange rind. Delicate, complex. Light and aerial, but with a real presence, backed by super fine powdery tannins, and a very high acid that needs food, to a very long finish, with wild strawberry, vegetal and iron notes. Complete. Special but brilliant. 94 12.5% abv, cork.
