Weekend mode activated 🥂🥂 A classic Chablis that delivers exactly what I was hoping for. Crisp and precise, with plenty of citrus and green apple supported by a lovely mineral backbone. Fresh, elegant and beautifully balanced, with enough depth to keep things interesting. Paired wonderfully with seafood and left me wishing the bottle had lasted a little longer. Will happily revisit this one.
