The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from the Paganilla vineyard, located just inland from Miraflores Alta in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. The vines are planted on albariza de barajuela soils, a highly calcareous terroir that imparts distinctive tension and depth to the fruit.
Winemaking
Winemaker Ramiro Ibáñez focuses on reviving the traditional, unfortified white table wines produced in the Jerez region during the 19th century. The vinification is carried out using artisanal methods to respect the natural character of the grape and its origin.
