A great wine for a Sunday evening!🙌🏻🍷😊 Sadly too pricey in my opinion that’s why I don’t rate it higher. Older vintages were half of the price and that was an outstanding value… 86% Tempranillo, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Graciano; aged for 20 months in French oak and additional 6 months in concrete vats. A very deep ruby red. Aromas and flavors of blackberries, black currants, toasted oak, cigarbox, herbs, earth, some licorice and hints of tar. A long and smooth finish. Already good to drink.

Having this at the source makes it a special wine. Lovely intense nose of delicious vanilla and dark fruit. Lots of chocolate and liquorice too. Drinks easy with a long finish.
