2022 tasted August 2024. Pale salmon pink, transparent rim. Very aromatic nose of sweet strawberries and flowers. Sweet strawberries on the attack too, but not too sweet. The acidity of this medium-bodied rosado picks up the longer it's in your mouth and finishes on a slightly bitter note. 14% ABV leave an impression, but not the few flavours. Still, a nice crowd pleaser that pairs nicely with all sorts of meals, especially suited to give you a nice summer buzz.

Beautiful mature salmon pink. Blasting wet stone minerals, persimmon with skin, and yellow peaches. Immediately makes me think about a sardines on toast to pair. Grapefruit and tomato peel into the mouth, slight bitter sensations. Some candied peaches too. Medium acidity only - would have loved a bit more on this hot day. Paired with some zamburinas in Zaragoza
