👀 Solid garnet core with pink-is hue. Slow and slightly colored tears. 👃 Nose of red fruit with earthy undertones and a touch of spices. 👅 Medium full with sour cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant. Spicy, warm black pepper and distant cinnamon. 🏁 Dry and fresh. Long minerality in the aftertaste with graphite and pencil shavings, expressing the stony soil of the region. The distinctive lack of tannins. Really fresh and ‘airy’.

With the bone marrow came the Ribera. Outstanding! Very approachable. Aromas of red and black fruit. Mostly raspberry and blackberry. Hints of blueberry and American oak. Very balanced on the palate. Great fruit flavors, medium plus body and medium acidity and tannins.
