Another fabulous offering from the Bordeaux 2022 dinner at Gatsby’s in Calgary last night. This second release from the right bank was utterly sublime and I expect (if I knew what it cost!) gives great value. Paired with a rabbit leg agnolotti dish, with notes of blackberry, plum, tobacco, licorice, earthy and lavender.
