The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from a 1.8-hectare vineyard in Novello, situated at an altitude of 300 meters. The unique microclimate and soils of the Langhe hills provide ideal conditions for cultivating the Barbera variety.
Winemaking
Following temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine is aged for 12 months in large Slavonian oak casks. It then rests on its lees for 60 days and refines in the bottle for an additional six months.
