The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from a single 1.3-hectare parcel named La Baixada, located in Gratallops. The 20-year-old vines grow on steep terraces of licorella, the region's signature slate soil, cultivated using organic and biodynamic practices.
Winemaking
After destemming and crushing, the must ferments with native yeasts in oak vats, undergoing a 55-day maceration. The wine is then aged for 20 months in French oak barrels.
