The vineyard
The Nebbiolo grapes are sourced from selected family-owned vineyards in Treiso, including Il Bricco and San Stefanetto, as well as San Rocco Seno d’Elvio. These hillside plots combine diverse soils and microclimates to bring complexity and depth to the final blend.
Winemaking
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with an extended skin contact of 25 to 30 days. The wine is then aged for 30 months in large French oak casks, with a small portion matured in smaller barriques to refine its texture.
