The vineyard
The grapes originate from the historic Petrács vineyard, characterized by steep slopes and an andesite subsoil. The vines are over 60 years old and cultivated in the traditional bush-trained system, requiring manual labor with the help of horses.

Winemaking
The must ferments in French and Hungarian oak barrels. Following a five-month aging period with weekly batonnage and a subsequent rest, the wine matures for another six months in wood and stainless steel vats before bottling.
