The vineyard

The grapes are sourced from a 10-hectare vineyard with vines planted between 1942 and 1989. The Kimmeridgian limestone soils, rich in marine fossils, combined with east-facing slopes, ensure optimal ripening and impart a signature mineral character.

Fermentation and ageing on fine lees take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. A light filtration before bottling preserves the natural purity and freshness of the Chardonnay grape.

We guessed a new world from Australia. Ripe stone fruit with dried herbs & pronounce vanilla oak with slightly toasty. Palate was pack with primary flavors that gives creamy & oily texture with touch of tannin & med-acidity. A full body with good finished.
