Very minerality driven wine with a strong lime, lemon, vanilla, dill and wet stone feature as well Very high acidity and good complexity of flavors. Enjoyable, easygoing wine. Feels very warm climate in style. Fruits definitely more tropical than green

🗓: 2021 🍇: Chardonnay 👁: Pale lemon 👃: Medium intensity for nose. Notes of citrus, lemon, peach, pear, cream, toast, smoke 👅: Dry, medium+ to high acidity, 13% abv, full bodied, palate is similar to nose, medium length finish Glad to be able to try the Cristom range. The nose is alluring and complex. Very clean on the palate. Was hoping for a longer finish though. That would have made this Oregon Chardonnay more amazing. Barrel fermented using natural yeast. 4.3 pts for me

Notes of flint, minerals, saltiness, oak, and cheese. There is a very faint sweetness, and the acidity is extremely high. The oak touch seems minimized, so the vanilla aroma does not burst forth. Should I call it Montrachet? The maritime climate is clearly felt.

Very crisp and acidic Chardonnay at first sip that melts into a smooth finish. Fun Fact: Winery named for the winemaker’s kids.

May, 2026. At an industry tasting of Oregon wines. Some delicious examples... Screaming high acid, lemon 🍋 squared. If you like Chablis, you'll like this domestic version.

First of four wines had as part of a Cristom Vineyards wine dinner here in Singapore! Pale gold in color. Elegant nose of white peach, citrus blossom, hazelnut and subtle oak. Palate is medium-bodied with bright acidity, poached pear, lemon curd and creamy texture. Fresh and refined with a clean, mineral-driven finish. A classic Oregon Chardonnay.

Jackson's Wine Tasting. The 2021 Cristom Chardonnay is a refined and energetic wine with a Burgundian spirit. Aromas of lemon curd, white peach, and green apple are layered with flint and toasted almond. On the palate, bright citrus and orchard fruit mingle with mineral-driven notes, balanced by vibrant acidity and a silky texture. The wine finishes long, elegant, and expressive, showcasing precision and finesse.

Bright lemony flavor with a hint of dried fruit, particularly golden raisins. This Chardonnay was the one that showed us that west coast chardonnays don’t all suck (not “big & buttery”)

Fruta blanca, manzana, pera y cítricos, limón, notas de madera. Acidez media/(alta, notas de madera algo marcadas pero sin ser pesado, con persistencia e intensidad. White fruit—apple, pear—and citrus, lemon, with woody notes. Medium-high acidity; the woody notes are somewhat pronounced without being heavy, showing persistence and intensity.

I really should drink more Oregon Chardonnays! This spends 11 months on the lees, 11% new oak and is a fresh 13% alc So much texture and creaminess on the palate Orange blossom Meyer lemon, lime zest, underripe pineapple Flinty minerality, sea spray, big sprinkle of salt Toasted brioche, oatmeal, hazelnuts Cinnamon cream Lots of mouthwatering acidity and an incredibly long, fresh finish

This this really nice. The nose has a burnt oak and nutty thing going on that I now know is unique to the region. The palate has lemon, green apple and a faint amount of oak, butter and vanilla. It’s nice lightly creamy. Nice body. It’s good!!

Power packed chard from blue volcanic soils of this classic willamette valley ava. An exploration in mineral and pebble stone licking. Very savory and minimal oaking. Rather than leaning towards the usual buttery profile, it stay more in the citrus profile, making me wonder what happened about the malolactic fermentation? Surely the fruit and terroir shine here. Great acidity. Will be even better with more age.

Vinexpo Asia 2025 in SG w Jasper Beautifully structured with great acidity and mineral finish, supporting a ray of rich orchard fruit and unripe stone fruit. Slight bitter citrus pith bite in the finish giving the overall expression lovely backbone. Great find, great value
