The vineyard
The 70-hectare organic vineyards are located in the northern part of the appellation, influenced by the Mistral wind. Old vines grow on soils covered with rounded pebbles over subsoils of clay, sand, and limestone, ensuring excellent grape concentration.
Winemaking
The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately: Mourvèdre and Syrah in oak vats, and Grenache in concrete tanks. After blending, this age-worthy wine matures for twelve months in large oak foudres.
Why buy it
