The grapes originate from Finca El Bosque, a vineyard planted in 1973 in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. Winemaking
Following manual destemming, fermentation takes place in small oak vats with traditional treading. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for 18 months in new French and Central European oak barrels.
