The vineyard
The grapes originate from the Massipa vineyard, planted in 1974 at an altitude of 650 meters. This plot features red clay soils with gypsum and a southeast exposure, where Garnacha Blanca and Chenin Blanc grow on opposite sides of an old path.

Winemaking
Both varieties are harvested together and fermented in concrete tanks. After three months on fine lees, the wine is transferred to a 1,200-liter oak foudre to complete its ageing and gain structure.
