The vineyard
The grapes come from a single one-hectare vineyard with vines around 40 years old. This plot is located at an altitude of 800 meters on limestone soils. These conditions provide freshness, natural tension, and a notable minerality to the grapes.
Winemaking
Fermentation is carried out with whole clusters in a 4,500-liter oak foudre. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 10 months in a 3,500-liter oval oak vat to achieve a precise balance.
