The vineyard

The grapes originate from organically farmed old vines, aged between 50 and 70 years, located in San Martín de Valdeiglesias. The bush vines grow on north-facing slopes at an altitude of over 800 meters, where granitic, sandy-loam soils and constant winds support sustainable viticulture.
