Pick-up

Orders can be collected from the SOLO Wine store at: Polígono Industrial La Campana, nave 80, 29660, Nueva Andalucía, Marbella.

Opening hours: Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 10:30–15:30.

Receiving the order

Wine is delivered only to a person of legal drinking age. The courier may request ID and refuse delivery if the recipient is under 18 or appears intoxicated; the order will then be returned to the warehouse, and a repeat delivery will be charged separately. If the recipient is not present at the address, the courier will call the phone number provided with the order to arrange another time. At a pickup point, the parcel is held for 5 business days before being returned to the sender.

Packaging and wine preservation

Each bottle travels in an individual foam cell, and the box is marked as fragile. In summer, when daytime temperatures exceed 30°C, a thermal insert is added to the box; if weather conditions make transport unsafe, we will notify the customer and offer to delay dispatch.

SOLO Wine is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure.

3.3. Returns and Exchanges

The User has the right, within 15 calendar days of receiving the goods, to request the return of a defective or faulty product.

Wines and spirits: exchange for another product of equal or higher value (with payment of any price difference) is possible. Refunds are not issued, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage not attributable to the customer.

For SOLO Wine events and tastings, refunds are not issued. If cancellation is notified at least 72 hours in advance, the ticket value may be exchanged for products of equivalent value in the SOLO Wine store or online shop. In the case of later cancellation or no-show without notice, the ticket value is neither refunded nor exchanged.

All return requests should be sent to wine@sologroup.net with the subject line "Return," stating the order number, reason for return, and photographs of the product's condition.

We recommend keeping the packaging until the condition of the order has been verified, and inspecting the contents upon delivery, if possible in the courier's presence.

Once the product has been received and inspected at our warehouse, SOLO Wine will process an exchange or issue a voucher. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors attributable to SOLO Wine. Products in branded cases or limited-edition boxes must retain their original packaging, or their value may be reduced. SOLO Wine is not liable for damage caused by improper storage by the customer (heat, direct sunlight, excessive humidity).

3.4. Product Selection

Any registered User may purchase products through the Portal by adding them to the virtual cart from the product page using the "Add to Cart" button. The User may view and modify the contents of the cart at any time.

3.5. Order Processing

By clicking "Proceed to Purchase," the User enters delivery details (name, phone number, address) and, if applicable, a separate billing address and a message for the recipient. The User then selects a payment method, the final amount is displayed, and clicking "Continue to Payment" proceeds to checkout. 3.9. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons and without incurring any penalty. This right applies both to buyers in Spain and to buyers in other EU countries.

In accordance with Article 102.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, this right does not apply to opened bottles, due to the rapid deterioration of their contents.

The buyer must notify their intention to withdraw within the stated period, using the form in the "Contact" section or by emailing wine@sologroup.net with their name, address, and order number.
