First Tenerife wine. They have to plant in height seen the extensive slopes. Every grape has a different height. One of the grapes resides on lies for 12 days and provides a lovely yellow color. Peculiar nose - soft tangerine. Extends into palate that adds quince and apricot peal. Smallish palate. Ends on a note of oak and acidity. Overall, very fresh wine... Suiting lots of dishes. #Taste1973

Delicious. Hint of pineapple, passion fruit and tropical but extremely balanced and not much oak. Pairs well with seafood and on its own. Enjoyed at San Ho at Royal Hideaway.

Interesting white blend from Tenerife. Vineyards are on the volcanic soil and the wine is aged in oak. 👃 apple, pear, quince and dandelion 👅 round, powerful, apple, pear, vanilla, full body even slightly fat, medium acidity and medium+ lengtht. 👇 while nose was beatiful palate is a bit all over the place with oak being very dominant, perhaps the wine is too young and unsettled at this moment in time.

Superb Tenerife white blend ! So so complex, blend of Gual, Listan Blanco, Vijariejo Blanco and Marmajuelo. Fermentation starts in steel, then racked into barrel where it lies for 5 months. Light clarification, no filtering. Reminiscent of fino sherry, with saline, tangerine. Absolutely chameleon and changeable wine. Really rather fascinating and bloody delicious. This one split rhe crowd a little but Ioved it

An interesting thing. The nose is intense and full of baked apples, overripe pear, sweet citrus, medicinal herbs blood and iron. Medium body, silky structure, mouthwatering acidity, good expression of fruits and minerality on the palate, persistent finish. Ok, norm.
