The vineyard
The ancient vineyards are located in Taganana, just meters from the Atlantic Ocean. The vines grow on volcanic soils at altitudes ranging from 75 to 300 meters. The 2024 vintage was characterized by a warm and dry climate, requiring precise vineyard management.
Winemaking
To preserve the fresh fruit character, a short maceration was carried out. The wine was then aged for nine months on its fine lees in 228-liter French oak barrels.
Why buy it
This red wine reflects the volcanic identity of Tenerife and the winery's low-intervention philosophy. Its freshness and balance make it an excellent match for poultry and medium-aged cheeses.
