The vineyard
The grapes originate from a historic south-facing parcel on the steep slopes of Val de Vallière. Certified biodynamic by Demeter, the vineyard thrives on clay-limestone and blue-black marl soils with lias scree.

Winemaking
Gamay Blanc, Poulsard, and Savagnin are hand-harvested and slowly pressed. Fermentation and ageing take place in oak barrels without added sulfites, followed by bottling eight months later according to the lunar calendar.
