The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from selected plots in Valtuille de Abajo. The centenarian vineyards, aged between 90 and 100 years, grow on clay-sandy soils with abundant quartzite and slate pebbles, which shape the wine's fresh Atlantic character.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with short macerations of five to seven days. The wine then ages for ten months in French oak foudres and an additional six months in 500-liter barrels to achieve harmony and depth.
