The vineyard
The grapes are sourced exclusively from centenary vineyards located in the village of La Horra. These old vines produce very low yields, ensuring a high concentration of fruit and a faithful expression of the local terroir.
Winemaking
Fermentation takes place by individual plots in small stainless steel tanks. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and ages for 17 to 20 months in 600-liter foudres to preserve its fruit purity.
