The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from a vineyard planted in 2016 with a northeast orientation. The vines grow on traditional albariza de barajuelas soils, which contribute a distinctive mineral character and excellent water retention.

The whole clusters are pressed, and the must undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged for nine months on its total lees in 500-liter French oak barrels, without bâtonnage.
