The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from 22 hectares of vineyards located on the southern slopes of the Duero River, at altitudes between 760 and 830 meters. The calcareous and marl soils provide a light texture that enhances the freshness and mineral expression of the vines.
Winemaking
Fermentation is carried out with indigenous yeasts, incorporating 6% of whole clusters for added structure. The wine is then aged for 19 months in a combination of French oak barrels and large foudres to preserve fruit character and soften the tannins.
