The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from low-intervention vineyards planted on gypsiferous marl soils, which impart freshness and minerality. Despite the warm climate of the region, the high humidity levels support the optimal development of the Merlot variety.
Winemaking
Following a manual night harvest, each variety is fermented separately. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is subsequently aged for 11 to 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
