The vineyard
The vineyards of Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah are located at an altitude of 700 meters on sandy-loam and limestone soils. This terroir, combined with a continental climate under Mediterranean influence, yields small, highly concentrated grapes.
Winemaking
Each grape variety is vinified individually in small temperature-controlled tanks. Following malolactic fermentation, the wine undergoes an aging process of 18 months in new French and American oak barrels to develop its complex character.
