The vineyard
The 22-hectare vineyard is situated on the prestigious plateau of the right bank of the Dordogne River. The soils feature a unique combination of dense clay covered with gravel, which ensures optimal grape ripening and exceptional depth.
Winemaking
Following temperature-controlled fermentation in concrete vats, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for 18 months in new French oak barrels. These barrels are custom-made by the cooperage of Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite).
