The vineyard
The vineyards are situated on the lower part of a southeast-facing slope. The Merlot and Cabernet Franc vines grow on a diverse mix of soils, including the limestone plateau, clay-limestone slopes, and deeper areas with high silica content.
Winemaking
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. The wine is then aged for 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels.
