The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from a selected 0.9-hectare plot within the Casablanca vineyard, located in the Valdiruela valley. This east-facing estate sits at the highest point of the vineyard, at an altitude of 884 meters, transitioning towards the moorland.

The vinification involves 50% whole bunches and indigenous yeasts, using traditional foot-treading for gentle extraction. The wine is then aged for 12 months in large 2,500-liter oak vats to preserve fruit purity.
