November, 2025. At Zupan's for their 50th anniversary celebration. As a member of the Hoi poloi, I got to pay for this one. But looking forward to drinking some epic Champagne 🍾 🥂. Gorgeous pastel rose colored. Nose is of redelicious apple red crunchy cherry. Palate matches with strawberry 🍓 and medium plus acid. Me likey. $60 retail.

Deep salmon in color. Red fruits on the nose with yeast, brioche, spices and minerals. Medium bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing with medium plus size bubbles. Dry on the palate with raspberries, strawberries, citrus, apples, lemons yeast, earth, herbs and spices. Medium finish with limes and almonds. This is a very tasty Rosé Champagne.
