Exactly, what I am expecting from magnificent Prosecco. Extremely light body, totally like water, but taste is so strong and powerful. Magnificent perlage. Smell is very strong, beating the nose 👃, but with pleasure. Lots of hay. Like I am walking through the summer field :) Taste is interesting - something between apricot and melon, but not one of this? Consulting around says that it's "asian pear" [vivino have this taste note!] Medium aftertaste that remind of fruit salad from stone fruit. Totally adorable :)

The nose is green apple, new pear, lemon curd, hint of vanilla. The flavor is lemon curd, green apple, limestone, white pepper, lime zest. Medium yellow color. Light body. Frothy bubbles. Bigger acid. Quite a good prosecco! I think this wine from a large format magnum, tastes better...well seemed good to me.

My first time tasting a Prosecco from Asolo. Appearance: Beautiful, bright pale golden yellow. Nose: Clean and well-defined aromas of citrus, brioche, and white flowers. Palate: Light-bodied with high acidity and fine, medium bubbles. Exceptionally fresh, offering delightful notes of green apples, citrus, minerals, toast, and aromatic herbs. A pleasant, crisp, and clean expression of Prosecco.

The second nice Prosecco in one weekend! Flowery aroma on the nose. What a nice balance between acidity, sweet and bitter. Citrus, white fruits on the palate and tiny bitter in the finish. Nice.
