Elena Walch is doing good wines and this Pinot Grigio is not an exception. Aroma is purely varietal, with hints of cream, butter, brioche, apple and pear. Milky structure evolve on the palate, with taste of minerals, brioche, almond and nutty. Good acidity and pleasant aftertaste.
