The vineyard
The grapes are sourced from Finca El Puntido, a 25-hectare vineyard located at an altitude of 600 meters in Páganos and Laguardia. Planted in 1975, the vineyard is managed using integrated farming practices, strictly avoiding chemical herbicides and pesticides.
Winemaking
Following complete destemming and a cold pre-fermentative maceration, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels. It is then aged for 16 months in French oak casks to refine its structure and complexity.
